I too was thinking Mockingbird, Woodpecker came to mind as well....?

The eggs do have a similar resemblance to a mockingbird but that’s not what they are.Hint - It’s a ground nesting bird…
They sure are pretty whatever they are. Do you find nests and eggs frequently in your yard?

Many of the nest in my yard are from birdhouses that I set up for them; like bluebirds and purple martins.Harriet & Beth - Thank youDarla - good guesses but not quite...Colleen - you are CORRECT!! Beautiful eggs! I just saw two young killdeer yesterday...you can see them on my blog..I took a video as well..they are soooo cute.
